After 10 years running a retail location we at Beach Gold Assay have decided that we are changing the model of our business. As of February 12th, 2024, appointments will be required for buying and selling. Instead of a retail location, we will have a small office space available to meet with you at your convenience. Same day appointments may be available! This change will empower us to:
- Focus on you, our customer, with no distraction, allowing us to give you the kind of service we would expect to receive.
- Allow you to create appointments that are convenient to you. You can create appointments here, or just give us a call during regular business hours.
- Provide a safer and more private environment for item evaluation and transactions.
- Allow us to pay even more for your items by keeping our fixed expenses as low as possible.
- Allow us to come to you if the situation deems it necessary.
- Be available by phone 10A – 5P Monday through Friday for questions or appointment setup.
We believe that these changes will improve the quality of the services we provide, and we look forward to working with you in the future.
